The airline has reached a tentative deal with the union representing its flight attendants and has now resumed flights. That said, it is only just beginning to ramp its schedule back up, so be prepared for some potential delays.

Now onto the world of Aeroplan. This is a reminder that you have until August 12th to take advantage of their bonus points promotion.
This is a targeted offer, so it varies by member. The top tier is up to a 110% bonus on Aeroplan points (up to 100%, plus an extra 10% for Aeroplan credit cardholders), while the general offer is up to an 85% bonus.
The move here is the same as always: buy only when you have a redemption in mind. A quick top-up before booking an itinerary can save you a lot of money versus paying cash, especially in a premium cabin.
